In college, I started a bi-monthly collaborative zine with my artist friends because I loved comics and wanted to see what kind of stories we would all tell. Lauren Perez and I found an old xerox machine and we'd print and assemble issues at oh dark thirty. During the day, I'd rollerblade to local cafes and newspaper stands and tuck them in.
A couple years after college, I remembered how much fun we had and decided to gather us together again in an online space. So I rebranded our zine with a new logo, website and started incorporating themes.
Video featurette is one of our 'Confabulations' which are written, drawn or filmed interviews with participating artists.
